What To Expect At Your First Visit?

We run longer, one-on-one sessions so we can actually move, test, and treat, like you’d expect in a performance setting.

A visit typically includes a focused movement assessment, precise hands-on work (e.g., ART, Graston, cupping, craniosacral), and, when appropriate, chiropractic adjustment and rehab-driven corrective exercise. For chronic tendon or stubborn overuse issues, we may discuss shockwave as a non-invasive option to accelerate healing.

New Patient Checklist (2–5 Minutes)

  1. What to wear: comfortable/athletic clothing so we can assess movement.
  2. Bring: prior imaging or surgery reports (if you have them), a list of meds, and your training schedule.
  3. Arrive 5–10 minutes early your first time to settle in.
  4. Finish intake forms.
  5. Payment: We’re cash-based with transparent pricing. HSA/FSA accepted. We do not bill insurance or accept Medicare.
