Softwave (Shockwave Therapy)

A focused sound wave “wakes up” stubborn areas so they can heal. It’s non-invasive and reaches up to ~5 inches, so deeper spots (shoulder, hip) are in range.  Best for: long-running foot/ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, and elbow pain.

KT/Rock Taping

This is support without the brace. The elastic tape changes how your skin and nerves sense movement. Helps with: pain, swelling, and joint awareness between workouts.

Dry Needling (with Trigger Point Therapy)

A very small, sterile needle resets tight muscle “knots” and calms irritated nerves.  We can add gentle e-stim if needed.
