Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Therapy
When heavy weights aren’t smart yet, BFR helps you build strength with light loads. A snug cuff reduces blood flow for a short time while you exercise. It feels like a firm squeeze and a good burn, so your muscles “think” it’s heavy without stressing your joints.
