What is Corrective Exercise?

We identify movement issues and create a plan that includes mobility, motor control, and strength. We begin light and progressively increase difficulty for safe, effective results.

Exercise Programming

After your assessment, you’ll get a short list of drills that actually move the needle. You’ll know exactly what to do at home and what we’ll load in the clinic. Great for runners with repeat shin/knee/hip issues, lifters stuck at the same points, and post-op rebuilds.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Therapy

When heavy weights aren’t smart yet, BFR helps you build strength with light loads. A snug cuff reduces blood flow for a short time while you exercise.  It feels like a firm squeeze and a good burn, so your muscles “think” it’s heavy without stressing your joints.
