Active people who want fewer flare‑ups, better mobility, and steadier performance: runners, lifters, field/court athletes, golfers, and busy parents who still train. If you’re coming off an injury, we’ll shift you from “out of pain” to “built to last.” Typical issues we target:

  1. Quick check‑in & movement screen:  what’s tight, what’s not firing, and what you did this week.
  2. Targeted treatment:  the right mix of adjustments, soft‑tissue (ART, Graston/IASTM), cupping with movement, dry needling when it’s the best tool, and SoftWave for those chronic, stubborn spots.
  3. Corrective exercise:  no cookie‑cutter band sheet. We load the ranges you actually need for your sport, so the changes hold.
  4. Take‑home plan:  2–3 specific things to do between visits so you know when to push and when to back off.
