We’ll provide you with a clear, targeted routine. This accelerates healing, keeps problems from coming back, and builds long‑term durability.
Most patients see meaningful progress within ~12 visits when consistent. As pain calms and motion returns, we’ll shift into performance and offer recovery/maintenance options around your training calendar.
We avoid routine X‑rays or MRIs. If there’s a clinical reason, we’ll refer you to a trusted local imaging center for X‑ray, MRI, or CT.
