You’ve got a short window to fix what held you back last season and build the engine for the next one. Our Off-Season Rebuild Program blends chiropractic, performance physical therapy, and sports/deep tissue massage, so you move better, get stronger, and go back to your sport with real confidence.

Restore Motion First
If a joint isn’t moving well, you’ll compensate somewhere else, and that’s when tissues get irritated. We’ll start by restoring clean motion so the rest of your training actually sticks.

- Chiropractic adjustments: safe, precise movements that restore joint function. This results in a better range of motion, improved blood flow, less pain, and a nervous system shift from fight‑or‑flight to rest‑and‑digest.
- Flexion distraction (preferred over spinal decompression): gentle up‑and‑down movement that opens and nourishes spinal joints without the issues we see with traction/decompression.
- ART, Graston & cupping: soft‑tissue work the way athletes need it. ART is a focused pin‑and‑stretch done through full range (most effective at the end‑range). Graston lightly “strums” chronic tendon spots and pairs best with movement because tissue changes under load. Cupping = “old blood out, new blood in,” often done dynamically while you move.

Nagging tendons, heel pain, stubborn shoulder or hip issues? This is where we use tools that actually change tissue behavior, then reinforce it with training.
- SoftWave (Shockwave): non‑invasive acoustic waves that penetrate deeply to reach tough structures in the foot/ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, and chest. It boosts blood flow and metabolic activity and recruits healing factors, which are especially helpful for chronic problems like plantar fasciitis and tendinopathies.
- Dry needling: tiny needles into trigger points to calm overactive muscles or wake up underactive ones. It also helps the nervous system downshift, which is great next to adjustments.
- Sports/deep tissue massage: more goal‑driven than Swedish, this technique is aimed at mobility, pain reduction, and performance.
- Corrective exercise & PT: tailored, progressive, and dynamic, built for active people. We’ll clean up patterns, then load them so your tissues adapt the way you need on the field, court, road, or in the gym. We’ll use tools like BFR and taping, as needed, to support training while things calm down
