How Our Programs Work
- We’ll test your mobility and strength to spot what’s stiff, weak, or overworked.
- We’ll free the tissue with ART, Graston, and cupping, driving blood flow and releasing restrictions.
- We’ll use flexion-distraction (gentle up-down table motion) to reduce pressure on discs/nerves, and in turn, restore joints.

- We’ll help you rebuild with corrective exercise + PT principles. As needed: BFR for strength with less joint stress, SoftWave/Shockwave for stubborn tendons, dry needling to calm or wake specific muscles.
