Craniosacral Therapy

Ease Your Jaw/Neck Tension with A Gentle Hands-on Session

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral therapy is a very light‑touch technique. We place our hands on areas like the skull, jaw (TMJ), neck, spine, and pelvis, and listen to how those tissues are moving. You stay fully clothed and relax on the table.

How it helps:

  • Shifts you from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest so muscles stop bracing.
  • Allows tissues around the brain and spine to move more freely.
  • Encourages better sleep and easier movement

Results stack best when craniosacral is paired with the right soft‑tissue work, and simple at-home exercises.

Who It May Help

Craniosacral is a good fit if you’re:

  • Dealing with headaches, jaw tension/TMJ, neck tightness, or that “always alert” nervous system
  • Training hard, traveling, and carrying stress in your head, neck, and upper back.
  • Recovering from a concussion and need help calming the neck/jaw and nervous system

Safety first:  We’ll choose a different plan if there’s recent head trauma without medical clearance, active infection, or other red flags. If imaging or a referral is the safer move, we’ll tell you.
