In-Season Maintenance Program

Stay In The Game, Week After Week

When you’re in-season, the goal isn’t to rebuild everything, but to keep you moving clean and pain-free so you can perform. Our In-Season Maintenance Program gives you focused, one-on-one tune‑ups that calm irritated tissues, restore joint motion, and help you recover fast between practices and competitions.

What A Typical Session Looks Like

We’ll start with a brief movement check: where are you stiff, where are you guarding, and what actually hurts when you load it? Then, we’ll stack the right tools, in the right order:

  • Chiropractic adjustments to restore normal joint function and shift your nervous system from “fight or flight” to “rest and digest.” For the low back, we often use flexion distraction (an up/down movement).
  • Soft tissue treatment using Active Release Technique (ART) and/or Graston (IASTM) to break up restrictions. We’ll pair it with movement because tissue changes under load, and that’s when problems usually show up.
  • Dry needling to quiet a hyperactive muscle or wake up one that isn’t firing.
  • Cupping (mostly dynamic/gliding) to do what we call “old blood out, new blood in.” More circulation, less stiffness.
  • Corrective exercise to lock in the gains. Not a generic band sheet, but a focused, progressive plan that matches how you actually train.
  • If you’ve got a stubborn, chronic tendon issue flaring mid‑season, like plantar fasciitis, Achilles, patellar, or elbow, we may layer in SoftWave (Shockwave).  We use it mainly for extremities (foot/ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, chest). The goal is to boost blood flow and metabolic activity so your tissue heals faster and handles load better.
  • For strength deficits after time off, blood flow restriction (BFR) helps you maintain a training effect without aggravating the joint.

Who This Program Is For

Athletes and active people who need to practice and compete without getting derailed by nagging pain. That includes older high‑school athletes and weekend warriors.

Whether it’s a tight low back from travel, a cranky shoulder from overhead work, or lower‑leg overuse from running, we’ll keep you on the field or in the game with a clear, efficient plan.

We slot maintenance when things feel good and jump in quickly when something flares, always working around your practice and game schedule.
