Cupping Therapy

Sore, or Tight? Get Old Blood Out, New Blood In, And Get Moving Again

What Is Cupping Therapy?

Cupping uses gentle suction to pull blood into tight, overworked areas.  This fresh blood brings oxygen and nutrients, so tissues calm down and move better.

How we do it here:

  • Glide: We add light tension and glide the cup to find reactive spots.
  • Set & hold: We park cups briefly on those areas.
  • Move with cups: You’ll do simple motions while cupped.

Most people leave with less tension and with easier motion after a session.

What Can Cupping Help With?

Cupping isn’t magic, but it’s a great assist for stubborn, tight, or overworked areas, especially when we pair it with the right hands-on work and exercises. Common targets:

  • Neck and shoulder tightness from training
  • Mid-back and low-back stiffness
  • Hips, IT band, quads, and hamstrings that won’t loosen up
  • Calf and plantar foot tension
  • Forearm and elbow overuse aches (grip/swing/throw)
  • Lingering post-training soreness

Expect short-term relief right away. Light, temporary redness or circular marks can happen, which should fade in a week or two.
