Movement & Mobility Assessment
Know What To Fix, And How In Less Than 45 Minutes!
What We’ll Do in Your First Visit
- Listen: What hurts, when it started, and what you need to get back to.
- Test movement: Hips, ankles, shoulders, spine, plus squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry, and gait.
- Name the limiter: Is it mobility (can’t move) or stability (can’t control)?
- Treat: Chiropractic adjustments to restore motion; soft-tissue work (ART, Graston, cupping) when it helps.
- Coach: You leave with 2–3 targeted drills, not a random band sheet.
What We Measure (and Why It Matters)
- Range of motion: More motion where you need it = less pinching, better positions, cleaner lifts.
- Control: Stretching something unstable makes it worse. We’ll sort what needs motion vs control.
- Real-life patterns: We’ll test the movements your sport or job demands so the plan sticks.
- Soft-tissue feel: Hands-on testing finds sticky or scarred areas that limit your motion.
