What We’ll Do in Your First Visit

  • Listen: What hurts, when it started, and what you need to get back to.
  • Test movement: Hips, ankles, shoulders, spine, plus squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry, and gait.
  • Name the limiter: Is it mobility (can’t move) or stability (can’t control)?
  • Treat: Chiropractic adjustments to restore motion; soft-tissue work (ART, Graston, cupping) when it helps.
  • Coach: You leave with 2–3 targeted drills, not a random band sheet.

What We Measure (and Why It Matters)

  • Range of motion: More motion where you need it = less pinching, better positions, cleaner lifts.
  • Control: Stretching something unstable makes it worse.  We’ll sort what needs motion vs control.
  • Real-life patterns: We’ll test the movements your sport or job demands so the plan sticks.
  • Soft-tissue feel: Hands-on testing finds sticky or scarred areas that limit your motion.
