Which visit should I book?
Chiropractic
Initial Exam and Treatment: 45 minutes
Follow-Up Active Treatment: 30 minutes
A chiropractic adjustment is a safe, precise movement we apply to a joint to restore normal function. The “pops” you might feel? Just gas exchange. Most people notice better range of motion, less pain, and a nervous‑system shift from fight‑or‑flight to rest‑and‑digest.
If you’re tight, we may pair adjustments with ART, Graston/IASTM, cupping, or corrective exercise, whatever best cleans up your movement. We prefer Flexion Distraction for joint‑friendly spinal work and do not offer spinal decompression.

Physical Therapy
Initial Exam and Treatment: 45 minutes
Follow-Up Active Treatment: 30 minutes
This is our rehab‑heavy option. We’ll assess how you move, find what’s overworking/underworking, and build progressive, tailored exercise, not just a band sheet. Expect coaching that translates to real‑world lifting, running, and sport.

Sports / Deep‑Tissue Massage
60, 90, or 120 min
Goal‑driven bodywork to restore mobility and reduce pain. It’s more targeted than a relaxation massage and less invasive than dry needling. We can blend it with other techniques (myofascial, trigger point, ART‑influenced, cupping when appropriate) to get you moving better.

SoftWave (Shockwave) — Consult/Treatment
Non‑invasive acoustic waves that accelerate tissue healing by increasing blood flow and metabolic activity. It’s one of the deepest‑penetrating non‑invasive tools (up to ~5–5.5 inches), which helps with stubborn, mostly extremity issues like foot/ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, and chest‑wall problems, especially chronic cases. We’ll tell you straight if it’s a good fit.
Not sure which to pick? Book Chiropractic (Initial) or PT (Initial) and we’ll guide you during the evaluation.
